The Danish National Equestrian Centre Vilhelmsborg is proud to announce that again in 2017 Vilhelmsborg will be gathering international attention. Last year due to EC for ponies 2016 which since has been stated as the best EC for children under 16 years ever.

This year (September 3rd) Vilhelmsborg is the center stage of another great equestrian event when a living legend enters the Show Arena to take the audience through the levels of dressage from novice to Grand Prix:

Charlotte Dujardin (born 1985) is the most successful british elite dressage rider through the ages. She is the winner of all major titles and world records in the sport and has made history with the legendaric horse Valegro. Together they hold the complete set of the available individual elite dressage titles; the individual Olympic freestyle, World freestyle and Grand Prix Special, World Cup individual dressage and European freestyle, and Grand Prix Special titles. Dujardin is the first, and to date only, rider to hold this complete set of titles at the same time.

(NB: Valegro does not take part in the June 9th event!)

Charlotte Dujardin is also part of the national team of Great Britain and has won Olympic and European Team Dressage Championships.

With three gold medals and one silver medal, she is the most successful Olympic equestrian from Great Britain and we look forward to welcoming her at Vilhelmsborg.
